I started my career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst and made my way to MD at ING Barings. I have played pivotal roles in extraordinary success stories and managed teams through downturns and crises. I have a pragmatic style mixed with a high degree of creativity, agility, positivity and polite directness, which l believe helps me drive/nudge through change. For the past 17 years I have worked as a consultant and coach; my clients being from a diverse pool of industries, cultures and organisational profiles.
Starting my career in Change Management Consulting, for several years I worked with a variety of global organisations, across sectors, to deliver M&A and Change Management projects. From there, I became Chief of Staff and Head of Talent for a 2,000 strong outsourcing business, running strategic programmes, redesigning the business’ governance framework and implementing a new leadership training programme. In my most recent position, I was COO of an Al FinTech start-up before starting The Bibi Partnership with Laura in 2021.
